ASAR is pleased to announce its receipt of the Best M&A Deal of the Year 2009 award for its assistance to Unicorn Investment Bank in its acquisition of the money exchange operations of Bahrain Financing Company B.S.C.(c).

The Bahrain office of ASAR was actively involved on this deal.

The awards were presented at a ceremony held at Burj Al Arab, Dubai on October 28, 2009.
