ASAR Bahrain acted as lead counsel to Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait (BBK) on the completed sale of its subsidiary, Invita Company W.L.L., a Bahrain-based business process outsourcing provider, to Silah Gulf B.S.C.
The transaction involved a phased pre-completion reorganisation of the target’s corporate structure, including the separation of excluded interests across two jurisdictions. ASAR advised BBK throughout the transaction, from structuring through to completion, including the negotiation of the transaction documents, satisfaction of the conditions to completion and closing formalities.
