During the course, Mr. Steven Brown, Senior Associate in ASAR Bahrain and an industry expert on employment regulations said,” Adopting a modern, sophisticated legal framework is key to enhancing the investment climate in Bahrain and moreover, provides a significant improvement in the operational performance and synergy between the private and public sectors. By renovating outdated labour practices, the new regulatory system governs and balances the rights of both employers and employees representing a positive step towards integrating international standards for the overall welfare of the Kingdom and the region”.
