Sherif was part of the ASAR team that assisted Arla in its acquisition of Mondelez Bahrain WLL as part of Arla’s acquisition of the Middle East and Africa operations of Mondelez International (a multinational food and beverage company of former brands of Kraft Food Inc.). Sherif assisted in conducting due diligence over the assets and legal documentation of Mondelez Bahrain and in establishing Arla’s first legal presence in Bahrain. Sherif also provided legal assistance in regard to a subsequent expansion of Arla’s cheese factory and production facilities.

Sherif was part of the ASAR team that assisted Americana with reorganization of the Americana group. Our services included reviewing and advising on the reorganization relating to Bahraini transfers, undertaking due diligence over two Bahraini entities and advising on and drafting and implementing the share transfer in Bahrain in favor of an Americana group affiliate.
