The nominee was to transfer all interest in the Bahraini subsidiary after establishment to our client. The nominee refused to honor his agreement claiming the ownership of the Bahraini subsidiary). Despite a distinct lack of documentation and relying on, among other things, circumstantial evidence, the court found in our client’s favor and ordered payment of damages (including for the value of the Bahraini subsidiary as well as loss of profits).
