Alex Matovu

Alex is an Associate Counsel based in Kuwait and has been with the firm since February 2024. Alex currently advises both international and domestic clients in relation to mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, restructuring and insolvency, aviation and banking and finance deals.

Prior to joining ASAR, Alex worked with the London office of a tier-1 international law firm and with a leading law firm in Uganda where he garnered extensive experience in his areas of specialty.
