Ahmed Barakat has been the Managing Partner at ASAR for the last 12 years. He has more than 30 years of legal experience and has worked in Kuwait for 26 years. Ahmed specializes in commercial litigation and arbitration relating to construction, agency, tax, insurance, banking, capital markets, white collar crimes and contractual disputes. Ahmed also advises clients on corporate, government procurement and employment matters.
