Bahrain to Publish Judicial Announcement via “Sijilat”

The Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments has announced that, from 17 August 2025, judicial notifications and announcements relating to commercial companies and individual establishments will be communicated through the Commercial Registration System (“Sijilat”) database. This initiative is being implemented in coordination with the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.

What’s changing

Judicial announcements will now be issued via “Sijilat” rather than through previous channels, linking them directly to the contact details registered in the system.

Accurate and up-to-date “Sijilat” records will be essential to ensure timely receipt of notifications and avoid missed announcements with possible legal consequences.
