Mustafa is a Senior Associate in our Corporate and Commercial department based in Kuwait and has been with the firm since January 2018. Mustafa’s practice is focused on advising and assisting in the restructuring of companies, the acquisition and sale of businesses and the regulatory issues which they deal with including obtaining the relevant governmental licenses and approvals to undertake their business.  The clients which Mustafa has assisted operate in various industries including in the oil, retail, pharmaceutical and health sectors. Mustafa’s practice languages are English and Arabic.
