Advising a syndicate of international banks in respect to a banking and finance fraud matter in the sum of USD1.5-billion.
Representing a multinational medical company in Kuwaiti litigation proceedings filed by a local agent for compensation for allegedly wrongful termination in the sum of approximately USD67-million.
Representing sukuk holders in a multimillion US dollar claim against the debtor involving collecting outstanding amount, sale of pledged shares, enforcement of assignment of rights and appointment of a receiver.
