Advising clients in relation to their setting up of a local presence in Kuwait, whether through agency/distributorship arrangements or the establishment of corporate entities including structuring advice to address Kuwait’s foreign ownership restrictions and possibilities under the Foreign Direct Investment Law.

Advising on issues relating to performance of government contracts and tenders in Kuwait, including tendering considerations, alternative corporate structuring options, tax mitigation, general contracting advice and employment related matters
