ASAR Participates at FSHN’s 10th RunKuwait

It brings us great joy to have sponsored this year’s 10th edition of RunKuwait charity run, organized by Fawzia Sultan Healthcare Network (FSHN), that took place on Saturday, 29th October at Marina Crescent. The annual fundraising 5km and 10km charity run saw the participation of 1,500 runners, some of which have special needs, including men, women and children.

ASAR has been supporting children with special needs through this honorable initiative since 2014 and participating at events the like of RunKuwait forms a big part of ASAR’s corporate social responsibility program and efforts in giving back to the community in which it operates.

This year’s first place winners in the 10K male and female categories were Jassim Alostath (32 minutes) and Dorra Alsebouei (25 minutes). The first-place winner in the 5K male and female were Abdulaziz Al Ajmi (16 minutes), and Noura Adel.

ASAR’s partner, John Cunha also had the pleasure of awarding the 5K male runners on stage and receiving our thank you trophy from the organizers for sponsoring the event.

ASAR team and their families also took part in the run and got to enjoy the fun festivities and positive vibes at the event!
