Yalda Vahdani is an associate at Al Sarraf & Al Ruwayeh. She received two bachelors’ degrees from the University of California at Berkeley, where she graduated with high honors. Yalda received her law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law (2007) in Sacramento, California. Prior to joining the firm in February 2008, Yalda worked in a private litigation firm in California. She currently practices in the areas of commercial and corporate law. Yalda is bilingual and is fluent in English and Farsi.
