Karina Haum is of counsel to Al Sarraf & Al Ruwayeh. Karina received a Bachelors Degree from the University of California, Irvine, in 1982, a Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 1985, and an LLM in taxation from New York University, in 1987.

Before joining Al Sarraf & Al Ruwayeh in January 2008, Karina was a partner with an international law firm in New York City. Her areas of expertise include international taxation, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and cross border transactions. She is widely published, in both English and German, in the areas of international taxation and private wealth planning. Karina is fluent in German, English and French.
