Umera Ali is an associate with Al Sarraf & Al Ruwayeh. She received her law degree from the University of Kent at Canterbury, United Kingdom and thereafter was called to the Bar of England & Wales at Lincoln’s Inn. Umera was also admitted as an attorney in Pakistan in 2002 and practiced as such in Karachi, Pakistan, where she primarily focused on corporate/commercial transactions and commercial litigation. She joined Al Sarraf & Al Ruwayeh in April 2007. She primarily focuses on commercial, financing, banking and corporate governance related work. Umera is bilingual and is fluent in English and Urdu.
