Mohammed Abul Wafa Hafez is an associate with Al Sarraf & Al Ruwayeh who joined
the firm in January 2006. Mohammed completed his L.L.B. in 1989 from Ain Shams
University, Egypt, and is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association. Prior to
joining Al Sarraf & Al Ruwayeh, Mohammed served as an in-house legal counsel to
a leading Kuwaiti group of industries. He has significant experience in all
aspects of corporate matters. Mohammed currently practices in the areas of
Corporate Law and Regulatory Law. He is fluent in English and Arabic.
