Hameed Mansour Al Sarraf is a senior member and founder of Al Sarraf & Al Ruwayeh Law Bureau. He was born in Kuwait on April 30, 1947 and educated at Kuwait University Law School where he received his law degree in 1973. His practice encompasses all aspects of commercial law and litigation with a particular focus on banking/finance law. Hameed is a former member of the Higher Planning Council of Kuwait and also acts as counsel and consultant to many prominent private individuals and institutions in Kuwait and the Gulf. Hameed is fluent in Arabic and English.
