Markaz, a leading investment banking and asset management institution in the Middle East organized an in-house legal educational workshop featuring senior partners from ASAR to train executive and staff on legal matters related to the asset management industry at the Holiday Inn - Downtown on May 21, 2009.

Speakers from ASAR included Ahmed Barakat - Head of Litigation & Managing Partner, Mr. Robert Little - Corporate, Banking & Finance Partner and Mr. Hossam Abdullah - Corporate, Banking & Finance Partner. 

In his welcome note, Mr. Manaf Alhajeri, General Manager of Markaz, commended the business relationship with ASAR spanning more than 10 years and stated that the solid position Markaz enjoys today, with the unfolding financial crisis, is a result of Markazs legacy of doing its legal homework before engaging into any venture.
