Al Sarraf and Al Ruwayeh (ASAR) (In Association With Elham A. Hassan & Associates) is proud to announce that it has been awarded the ‘Best Deal of the Year’ award by Islamic Finance News. ASAR (In Association With Elham A. Hassan & Associates) acted as Bahrain legal counsel to the Managers on a US$1 Billion Sukuk Programme issued by Gulf Finance House.
The award was handed out at a ceremony in Dubai on February 26, 2008 which was attended by ASAR’s members and associates as well as many international lawyers, Islamic scholars, bankers and other executives from around the world.
