ASAR helps to bring an International Oil Company to the Kingdom of Bahrain

Al Sarraf and Al Ruwayeh (in Association with Elham Ali Hassan & Associates) assisted an international oil company in finalizing an Exploration and Production Sharing Agreement (EPSA) with the National Oil and Gas Authority of Bahrain. The EPSA was ratified by His Highness the King of the Kingdom of Bahrain under a Royal Decree. ASAR subsequently assisted its client to form a local branch so it could commence local operations.
